Discount Codes and Promotional Offers Policy

Boat and Parts LLC reserve the unrestricted right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to create, modify, suspend, deactivate, or terminate any discount code, promotional offer, or related benefit at any time, with or without prior notice, and without liability to any user, vendor, or third party.

All discount codes and promotional offers are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Boat and Parts LLC.

1. Eligibility and Use

Discount codes may only be used by eligible users or vendors as determined by Boat and Parts LLC. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or cancel the use of any discount code where misuse, abuse, or unauthorized distribution is suspected.

2. No Stacking Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discount codes and promotional offers may not be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

3. Expiration and Availability

All discount codes and promotional offers are subject to expiration dates and limited availability, which may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice. Expired or invalid codes will not be honored.

4. 100% Discount Code Usage

If a user or vendor redeems a package (including, but not limited to, listings for boats, trailers, parts, banner advertisements, service provider listings, or bundled promotional packages) using a 100% discount code or any promotion resulting in no payment, such access is granted on a revocable, limited, and temporary basis.

Boat and Parts LLC reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate such access at any time, for any reason, without notice or compensation. Upon termination, the user or vendor immediately forfeits all rights to use the package and any associated benefits.

5. Paid Packages

For any package purchased with payment (whether full or partial), the user or vendor is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased services for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing from the date the first listing, advertisement, or service is published on the Boat and Parts marketplace platform, unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Fraud, Errors, and Misuse

Boat and Parts LLC reserve the right to:

• Reject, cancel, or void any transaction involving discount codes;
• Retroactively revoke discounts or benefits obtained through error, system malfunction, or unauthorized distribution.
• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, discount codes, or promotional offers shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and users and vendors hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

8. Arbitration (Optional but Recommended)

At the sole discretion of Boat and Parts LLC, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms may be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of South Carolina, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boat and Parts LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use any discount code, promotional offer, or associated services.
